Description

TIG AC DC Paton ProTIG-315 Welder with Cooling

The digital inverter welder PATON ProTIG-315 is optimized for arc welding in an inert gas shield using the “TIG” method with direct or alternating current (AC/DC) and manual arc welding with a coated electrode using the “MMA” method with direct current.

The “Professional” series device has been designed for consumers who require a compact design and an optimal ratio between portability and functionality of the unit with its full nominal current.

The best solution for welding with direct and alternating current of a wide range of materials: aluminum, aluminum alloys (TIG AC mode), parts and materials made of steel, non-ferrous metals and copper alloys (TIG DC mode). The device can also be used for welding with coated electrodes (MMA mode). Additionally, the manufacturer has used the RIV (SPOT) function in this device. The PATON ProTIG 315 inverter welder provides excellent non-contact ignition, a constant and stable electric arc, as well as high weld quality and ease of use. The device has a module protecting against too low and too high supply voltage. Thanks to the increase in the frequency of the input voltage that powers the transformer, it is several times smaller, which is why the device has several times smaller mass and dimensions with the same output parameters compared to other devices with similar characteristics.

The Paton ProTIG-315 TIG AC DC welder is designed for welding:

– TIG AC/DC (direct/alternating current)

– MMA (direct current)

– RIV (rivet welding mode)

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF PATON DEVICES:

European production
Electronic thermal protection system protecting all heat-generating elements from overheating
Reliability thanks to IGBT technology
Possibility of working on long extension cords and with a generator
Pulsed current welding (PULSE function)

Improved stability of electric arc glow
2T, 4T operating mode change function, gas purging from the feeder function
The devices have protection against voltage surges and a work stabilization system, enabling correct operation for the voltage range from 160V to 260V
Twice lower electrical energy demand compared to traditional sources
Optimal melting and the correct shape of the bead regardless of the welding position

1-year manufacturer’s warranty for consumers and companies

The highest quality of workmanship confirmed by a 1-year manufacturer’s DOOR-to-DOOR warranty. ProTIG series models are characterized by a compact design, in which a number of innovative technological solutions have been used to increase the reliability of the devices. The inverter’s reliability has been increased in environments with high dust and humidity by moving the electronic system to a separate chamber, and the electronic elements have been impregnated with high-class varnish.

The purchased set includes:

TIG AC DC Paton ProTIG-315 welding machine
PATON 8S 400V cooler
PATON welding trolley
PATON WCP-321 control pedal
3m mass holder
