When purchasing products from our online store from Poland for delivery to the United Kingdom, please be aware that additional costs will apply. These costs are not included in the product price shown on our website and will be charged separately by UK customs authorities.

How Does the Import Process Work?

   • Price shown excludes UK VAT and import duties
   • We ship your order via FedEx
2. Shipping Process
   • Your package is dispatched from Poland
   • FedEx handles customs clearance on your behalf
   • You will be contacted by FedEx regarding payment of import charges
3. Payment of Import Charges
   • FedEx will contact you to collect VAT and any applicable duties
   • They may also charge a customs clearance handling fee
   • Payment must be made before delivery can be completed

Important Notes

• We ship exclusively via FedEx to ensure reliable delivery and customs handling
• FedEx will act as your customs broker
• All additional charges must be paid directly to FedEx, not to our company
• Delivery cannot be completed until all import charges are paid
• These charges are mandatory and required by UK law
