We want your experience with PATON®️ welding equipment to be nothing short of excellent. If something goes wrong — don’t worry. We’ll take care of it quickly, easily, and with no hassle.

Warranty coverage: Depending on the model, PATON®️ machines come with 1, 2, 3, or 5 years of warranty. All service and warranty claims in the United Kingdom are handled through our Authorized UK Service Center, supported by our official European Service Center in Rzeszów, Poland.

What to Do if Your Machine Breaks

1. Contact Us

Send an email to sale@paton.uk with:

• Machine model
• Serial number (if available)
• Date of purchase
• Short description of the issue (include photos or video if possible)
• Your contact details (name, phone, email)

2. We’ll Take It From There

• Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.
• If your machine is under warranty and needs repair:
   • We’ll arrange a courier pickup from your address.
   • You’ll receive pickup details by email.
   • Just pack the machine (original box preferred) and hand it to the courier.

3. Fast Repair or Replacement

• Minor issues → repair within 5–7 business days, then shipped back to you.
• Major issues / unavailable parts → replacement with a new machine.
• You’ll get email updates at every stage.

• Cable & torch connectors, ports, power cable & plug
• Carrying handle, shoulder strap, case
• Electrode holders, ground clamps, torches, welding cables & hoses
